Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for breaking down materials according to production plans, making material demand plans and submitting them to superiors for review;

2. Responsible for developing production plans for the metalworking workshop and assembly workshop based on the main production plan and material arrival plan;

3. Responsible for following up on the progress of material arrival, following up on the execution of production plans in the metalworking workshop and assembly workshop;

4. Responsible for coordinating and handling incoming material anomalies, adjusting and scheduling machining production and assembly anomalies;

5. Input and update real-time data based on production plans and completion status;

6. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Job requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience as a planner in the mechanical industry, preferably in the hydraulic industry;

2. Familiar with machining, proficient in operating ERP systems, proficient in Word and Excel;

3. Strong communication and coordination skills, logical thinking ability, and oral expression ability; Open minded and good at communication, with a strong sense of responsibility;

4. Able to adapt to the corporate culture of Helm Tower and comply with various rules and regulations.

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for supervising and implementing supplier management, conducting regular supplier audits, coaching, and supervising supplier improvement implementation;

2. Supplier claims, raises 8D requirements to suppliers for serious defects, and tracks the effectiveness of corrective measures;

3. Supplier quality development, assisting suppliers in improving product and process quality, enhancing supplier quality, and evaluating suppliers;

4. Track, improve, solve, and output relevant information or reports on major quality issues on a daily basis.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in mechanical engineering;

2. At least 3 years of experience in supplier quality improvement and promotion work;

3. Familiar with supplier management knowledge, able to write quality evaluation reports, proficient in using the five quality tools and seven QC techniques;

4. Proficient in operating relevant office software, strong personality, outgoing and outgoing, with strong communication and coordination skills;

5. Able to adapt to the corporate culture of Helm Tower and comply with various rules and regulations.
