Supplier quality engineer

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for supervising and implementing supplier management, conducting regular supplier audits, coaching, and supervising supplier improvement implementation;

2. Supplier claims, raises 8D requirements to suppliers for serious defects, and tracks the effectiveness of corrective measures;

3. Supplier quality development, assisting suppliers in improving product and process quality, enhancing supplier quality, and evaluating suppliers;

4. Track, improve, solve, and output relevant information or reports on major quality issues on a daily basis.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in mechanical engineering;

2. At least 3 years of experience in supplier quality improvement and promotion work;

3. Familiar with supplier management knowledge, able to write quality evaluation reports, proficient in using the five quality tools and seven QC techniques;

4. Proficient in operating relevant office software, strong personality, outgoing and outgoing, with strong communication and coordination skills;

5. Able to adapt to the corporate culture of Helm Tower and comply with various rules and regulations.
